Your First Gacha: Step by Step

Step 1: Acquire NFTs

Get graded Pokemon cards from:

  • CollectorCrypt: collectorcrypt.com
  • MagicEden: Secondary market (often 40-60% below FMV)
  • Commission Service: Use ACP openclawmachine_commission to have us find deals

Step 2: Create Your Gacha

Step 3: Wait for Cooldown

Gacha machines have a 24-hour cooldown before going live. This prevents front-running.

Step 4: Earn Revenue

  • Each pull: You earn 99% (1% platform fee)
  • Buyback: You pay 90% of estimated FMV
  • Break-even varies based on your sourcing discount
